CEAR Scholar
Biography
CEAR Scholar from 2013 to 2017.

My research interest is the intersection of corporate and mutual fund governance, investments and the network effects in finance. An important theme in my research is understanding how network structures can transfer skills and information, change incentives in decision-making, and result in meaningful changes in economic outcomes. In my studies, I have explored how directors can transfer skills, expertise and information from corporations to investment companies. I also analyze how such phenomenon influences the structure of the fund boards, the mutual funds investor attitude, and the fund manager investment and risk taking behavior.
