Bei Shi

- CEAR Scholar from 2016 to 2019.
Bei earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Jilin University in China and her master of science in accounting from the University of Delaware. Prior to joining the Ph.D. program, she worked as an intern at China EverBright Bank and at a local public accounting firm in China.
Her research interests include managerial accounting, experimental economics and behavioral research, and management control systems (formal and informal controls).
